TOT HILL FARM 11/21/20

The weather was perfect for 40 players to compete in this year inaugural event for the Carolina Triad Chapter. The field was spilit into 5 divisions were players went to test with Tot Hill Farm with very slick greens.

In Division 1, Will Morgan played very steady throughout the round and slowly pulled away by 3 shots shooting a 72(E). In second place with a 75(+3) was Brian Hayes. Hayes came up short in victory but walked away with 2 superskin/flighted skins.

In Division 2, Lee Dixon walks to a 8 shot victory by shooting 77(+5). Dixon seperated himself on the back side from the field and never looked back. In second place Pedro Montoya won in a scorecard playoff over Mike Hawkins.

In Division 3 there was another 8 shot victory by Kevin Smith by shooting 84(+12). Kevin in the post game says "I really hit the ball well and played well". Kevin had control pretty much from the start. In second place Beth Hunt won in a scorecards playoff aganist Ken White with 92(+20).

In Division 4 Mike Gehrke walks to a 4 shot victory with 92 (+20). The lefty worked the ball around the course all day and handle the test on the greens. In second place Jim Sullivan finished with 96(+24). Sullivan also walks away with a skin.

In Division 5 Justin Keaton from West Virginia wins by 2 shots by shooting 99(+27)  over Christy McCauley. Justin posted a score in hopes that the field would fall back and it the plan worked very well.
